The Parker Firm, Attorneys at Law, is an established law firm serving Collin County and the DFW area. We have built a reputation for both effective representation and personal attention to our clients throughout the process. Our legal team includes two board-certified family law attorneys and an accomplished trial lawyer in civil litigation and criminal law.
Our primary focus is divorce and family law, with an increasing emphasis on collaborative law solutions, and pursuit of justice in personal injury and wrongful death claims. We provide a range of other legal services to our clients, including criminal defense, civil litigation and wills and probate.
Our History
George Parker began practicing law in 1977 as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Robert R. (Bob) Hendricks in McKinney, Texas. Three years later, George was named partner and the firm became known as Hendricks & Parker, and in 1986 he became board-certified in family law. George Parker established his own firm in 1993 and the firm currently serves the Dallas-Fort Wort Metroplex as The Parker Firm.
Danny Carl Garner, also board-certified in family law, joined the firm in 2003. Associate attorney Kimberly Smith, a former Collin County prosecutor, came aboard in 2006. Our success owes much to a qualified and helpful support staff committed to a favorable resolution of every client's legal matter.
